Veyron vs F1
You may know I’m a car nut… with that said, you may find it odd that I want to own neither of these cars… The F1 doesn’t have enough tech in it, and the Veyron I find boring despite its amazing stats. [shrug]
Regardless, this is a great video. 😀
Lots of sat dishes
This guy is like my long-lost brother!
What you see above is the home of one Mr. Lee Si-kap, a farmer in rural South Korea, who is said to have the most operational satellite dishes in the whole country—85, which net him over 1500 channels.

How to fix freezing Flash video
I’ve been having issues with Flash videos (youtube, etc) freezing off and on for awhile… this only happens in Firefox (Internet Explorer works fine).
After doing some research, I found that this problem happens in all versions of firefox including the Linux version. The quick fix that seems to work is to disable Java by going to Tools -> Options -> Content -> Disable Java. This method appears to work.
Further research revealed that upgrade to the new Flash 10 engine should also fix the problem and you can leave Java enabled… so I tried this and it works!
Here’s the link to the new Flash 10 package: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

About the mexican jumping bean
I can remember the first time I actually saw a mexican jumping bean in real life – it was 8 years ago or so… until that moment, I had never thought they were actually real.
Google it with Bing!
Too funny… 😀
Flash 10: Coming to all phones except iPhone
Why am I not suprised that iPhone isn’t allowing flash…
Adobe Flash is the grease that keeps web video streaming. It is sadly lacking on almost any phone you pick up, but, according to the company, that will begin to change later this year. A beta version of Flash Mobile 10 will be available to developers in October for the following phone platforms: Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian and Palm’s WebOS. Nope, still no iPhone, but Apple doesn’t believe in Flash, anyway.

HTC Hero
I’ve always loved HTC… they made great PocketPC phones, and ultimately I abandoned PocketPC and not HTC when I moved on to an iPhone (and now a Blackberry Bold).
But this new Android-based HTC Hero looks really cool…
And its likely to be able to do display Flash as well… can I get an A-MEN!?! 😀
