Anybody who thinks they get too much email and has trouble managing it, needs to watch this video… Its an hour long – find some time to sit down and really listen to what he says. I’ve been using his techniques for a couple of years now and they work very well.

      This is was great – just finally watched it. Will pass it on to a couple of co-workers. I’m going to go use “advanced common sense” now and plug through my inbox. :)
