When people find out that I just moved to Houston, they always ask “Why?”… or “Why not San Francisco?”

Well, here are some good reasons:

Top Cities for Jobs - Houston is #3 beating SF.

Top 10 Best / Worst Cities For Software Developer Pay - Houston is #1 (adjusted salary)

My buddy Nathan has a good write-up about it as well.

Sounds like a pretty good place to start a company (or two… or three) to me… :)
