		<description>If anything pushes me to Verizon FIOS, this policy will. I doubt I use 250GB of bandwidth a month but I don't like the fact that if I do hit such a limit I'd be penalized. I don't do a lot of bittorrent stuff, but I do a lot of streaming radio listening and other large file downloads that are completely legitimate.</description>
